STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math education.The focus of a STEM education is hands-on, problem-based learning.
DANCE
The Dance Program introduces students to different styles of music. House, Salsa, Hip Hop, and African are some of many styles of music the students dance to.
DRUMMING
Our African Drum Program is very popular with the students. They learn to play and dance to new rhythms.

Our Art Program is packed with a series of projects for all ages. Students also create pieces for art shows for the neighborhood.

PS274 students compete with other elementary schools in district 9. Students travel all over the borough to compete with other schools.

PS 274 Track Team consist of over 25 members. Students practice to compete in track competitions throughout NYC.
